Could Kettlebells Assist Sheamus in Way of Power?

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, I felt like it was ideal to look at one prospering wrestler coming from Ireland. Those of you who watch wrestling probably know who I am talking about for those who don't, make note of Sheamus. Easily one of the more popular stars in WWE today, he has made a name for himself in the few years that he has been with the corporation, exhibiting charisma and strength alike. In the case of the latter trait, I think that kettlebells can suit him well.

Easily one of the more recognizable Superstars based on image alone, you won't find many who look like him. While a large amount of wrestlers presently sport tans since they are the norm, Sheamus proudly sports his pale Irish complexion and it compliments his fiery red hair and beard as well. While this appearance may seem dissimilar, he's also a bigger wrestler, which lends itself to quite a number of instances of power. Sheamus is, quite simply, one of the more marketable people in the wrestling scene we see today.

At a tall height of six feet four inches, I believe that Sheamus is just about every bit as powerful as he is imposing. He's a powerful striker and being able to knock out his opponents is a trait that he holds in high regard. He is a man with deep Irish roots and you'd be hard-pressed to find another star that is as ready to fight as he is. It's not like he's afraid of a battle, though, especially with several techniques just waiting to be put to use.

Sheamus' skill is very much that of a powerhouse, meaning that if the usage of kettlebells came about, he would benefit from them greatly. Of course, anyone who understands these weights - fitness authorities along the lines of Lorna, as well - can tell you that they are useful for more than that. Sheamus isn't always going to utilize high-flying moves to bring down his opponents but he has done so rather well in the past. He's also a very versatile star, only adding the in-ring reputation of this Irishman.

Kettlebells can be rather helpful for those who want to keep up with their athletics and not stick merely to the area of force. The problem with conventional dumbbells is that this is the only area which is aided and I don't think that it's very feasible. There should be a quantity of areas that are granted assistance when working out. You do not want to stick mostly to one or two parts of the body while ignoring the others; it simply won't do when you're talking about physical activity.
